Thanks for your response. It seems likely that it's an issue with the car then. I have the Ohme epod and it has been no issue on my leaf for 18 months. When on max charge it would always reach 6.6kW. Max charge on the C10 gives 3.5kW. Another issue to inform the dealship about only 3 days since getting the car.

I had already set my Ohme to the C10 profile and it's the one I was using but it was still only getting 3.5kW.

I'm not using the cable that came with the car as it's so short but the cable I'm using I've used on multiple different brand EVs and all charge at max available speed i.e 6.6kW on the leaf and 7.2kW on Tesla and Volvo.

I can't see what else it could be other than an issue with the car?

A quick update from my original post, since the OTA update a few weeks ago my car is now charging at the full ~6.6kW.
