Hello, why did the car dealer tell you that you should pay for the repair/replacement of the traction battery?
In Chile, isn't the battery warranty 8 years or 160,000 km (here in Italy it is like that)?

Yes, it has the same warranty, but the dealership staff wasn't well informes, which is why I left the car there. But I had to cargue with them to Get the warranty valid. I'm waiting for the repair.

 

the hv battery ? is it the battery or the onboard charger ? or the bms fult ? it is vary strange to have problems with the high voltage battery ... is it mayby fult of the 12v battery ??

 

sorry now i see that the capasity is 12kwh ... i hope for the best let us now what happend !

 

I'm still waiting. The dealership told me the battery is damaged. They still haven't told me if they're going to replace it or when they'll deliver the car. I've been waiting without a car for two weeks now. This is very frustrating, paying for a car without being able to use it. I think the warranty response times, at least here in Chile, are terrible; they're very slow. I should have my car back by now, with a new battery. They told me they're reviewing it with the brand's technical support. If anyone has a contact for the brand, please let me know.
