FEATURE REQUEST? Two programmable blocks of programmed charging times

I have EDF for power in France, and my reduced rate period is 8 hours per day, spread out over 5 hours during the night, but also 3 in the afternoon.

I can only program one of these two time blocks in the current software.

Are you using the granny charger or a wired in charger?
If it is the granny charger then maybe it is possible to just add a normal timer device that plugs into the power outlet and the granny charger then plugs into it. I have never tried this but I can't think why it wouldn't work.
If it is a wired in charger then maybe there is a similar wired in timer that could be installed to give the same control.

for the moment the granny charger and I could even use HomeAssistant to toggle a true 16A switch, but the downside to cutting power on/off only to charge means that pre-conditioning/heating/cooling is offline unless I restore power, and if charging is not limited to the lower-rate hours, it will start to charge too.

Don't want that, therefore the ask for more flexible planned charging times.
