I have a problem.
I bought a C10 a few weeks ago and am having a problem charging.
In my garage I have a 7kw EV charger from Evnex (NZ and Australian brand). The charger used to work on my Peugeot e2008 and charge at 7kw, but since I changed to Leapmotor, it's maxed at 1.4kw, regardless of the time of delay. Im not any restriction regarding electricity pricing and loads, and the electricity company is saying its not a problem at their end.
Evnex have said the following:
"Looking at the charger's settings, there are no restrictions from the charger side; it is set to offer 32A to any vehicle plugged in.
The charger can only offer current to the vehicle, but can't force it to take it.
I have reset and rebooted the charger just in case, but from our side, it seems that the vehicle is only requesting 6A. Can you please check your vehicle's AC charging settings and make sure it is set to charge at 32A or has its settings set to max?
It looks like the vehicle thinks it is charging on a three-pin plug and only requesting 6A current from the charger, even though the charger is offering 32A."
So my questions are:
Has anyone else had this problem?
Has anyone got a solution as I csnt find a solution, certainly not in the app, car or manual?
Thanks in advance.
